Our rental charges are fully inclusive. They cover the cost of the apartment, utilities, local telephone and most units include long distance calls with Canada & mainland USA, call display & voice mail, high speed internet connection, premium cable television service, TV's & DVD, full kitchen with all kitchen wares, dishes, cutlery, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.

Bedrooms include quality queen size beds and all linens, iron & ironing board are also provided, most units include a computer desk.

The units are in various locations and will include parking; some locations may include, indoor or outdoor pool, exercise room, sauna, whirlpool and underground parking.

Unit cost varies depending on size, features and location. Prices start from $1,250 for a minimum one month rental.

International long distance telephone calls are charged at cost only. The telephone is connected through a discount long distance carrier. weekly or bi weekly housekeeping services are available and can be provided at a small extra cost.

Our minimum booking is one month, no GST or PST is chargeable.
